They Grow Like Weeds!

Edgefield

Group pictures are hard to get with all of them looking at the camera and smiling. This was Christmas - everyone was in a great mood, except Amber-Dawn (she wasn't feeling good). To the right you will see a few of our Christmas pictures in a slide show. We made over 10 dozen Christmas Cookies - and they were great! Amber-Dawn was our official quality control - she happily tasted each batch for us! *Smiles*

Family Game Nights Are a Blast!

Family Game Night

We have some of the best fun & laughs on Family Game Nights! Last Fall we had a house guest, Anika, from Germany, through GAPP (Tess will exchange visits by going to stay with her family in Germany this summer). We all showed her a family game night in our home.

Joey & Teresa (Mt. Rainier Park)

On Father's Day we took a drive up to Mt. Rainier National Park (it was free admitance day). The lower falls were so pretty. Paradise Lodge was breathtaking with all the snow!

The pace is slower in this quiet little country town. It's not too hard to find us. We are located halfway between Seattle, Washington and Portland, Oregon - off the I-5 corridor. East Lewis County is just a little ways past Bear Canyon (hwy 508) or Mayfield Lake (hwy 12). On a clear day Mt. St. Helens looms her awesome sight over our little town. Mt. Rainier is beautiful in the backdrop of many landscape pictures here. On your travels east towards the towns of Morton, Packwood and White Pass, you will be able to see Mt. Adams nestled behind Mt. St. Helens. Read more.
