Here Fishy....Fishy.....

Joey went on a deep sea fishing trip with his dad Ed, his father-in-law Carl, son Josh, and brother-in-law Wes. [Thanks for taking a few snapshots Wes!] It was a good day for the fishermen - not a good day to be a bottom fish. Click on the photos to the right for the full image.

Who's On First?

Baseball Game

Take me out to a BASEBALL GAME honey! Date Night for us!

July was a fun month - with Deep Sea Fishing for the guys and then Joey and I went to a couple baseball games to watch his extended family play with a church team. One of the games was on Joey's birthday so that made it special :)

In the picture you can see how nice this new ball park is - located in Lacey, WA. It's one of the glamous parks I've seen - all sorts of playing fields and so clean!!!!!

Do We Look Related?

cousins

I was so happy to see my cousins, Jennifer and Megan this summer [July 2010] - it's been too long!

Do we look a little related? We're the Parnell Cousins - Megan has red hair like me and Jenn has colored hers a bit :)

We have to cross mountains [eastern and western Washington] to see each other but it was such a great surprise to have them visit in July!

Maybe it won't be as long before our next visit :)

Onalaska, WA

The pace is slower in this quiet little country town. It's not too hard to find us. We are located halfway between Seattle, Washington and Portland, Oregon - off the I-5 corridor. East Lewis County is just a little ways past Bear Canyon (hwy 508) or Mayfield Lake (hwy 12). On a clear day Mt. St. Helens looms her awesome sight over our little town. Mt. Rainier is beautiful in the backdrop of many landscape pictures here. On your travels east towards the towns of Morton, Packwood and White Pass, you will be able to see Mt. Adams nestled behind Mt. St. Helens. Read more.
